Danielle Tatarin

Danielle Tatarin

Danielle Tatarin has a passion for all things cocktail and spirits related. With almost 18 years experience as a Bartender she has turned her passion into a fulfilling career. She started Designer Cocktail Company in 2008 to move forward as a Cocktail Consultant. She has worked with liquor companies, private and corporate groups to create custom cocktails and menus, as well as hosting seminars and classes on cocktail creation and history. 
 
In 2009 Danielle opened The Keefer Bar in Vancouver with Cameron Watt and built up the 60 seat cocktail lounge to be recognized as a top bar and Vancouver as well as credited as one of the top 100 bars in the World in 2014 and 15. During her tenure at the helm of Keefer bar she was awarded Bartender of The Year in 2012 as well as recognized as a Top Foodie under 40 and many other top rankings in cocktail competitions locally and globally. Having many things on the go is nothing new to Dani, she worked with Lauren Mote in 2015 to bring Speed Rack (www.speed-rack.com), an all female bartending competition to Canada raising $5000 for Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation of BC & Yukon. She also works with Authentic Caribbean Rum (www.acr-rum.com) to educate Bartenders about rum. Dani’s passion for creating memorable experiences and unique drinks has lead her around the globe. In 2015 she moved to Baja California Sur, Mexico to open Acre Restaurant and Cocktail Bar. She is focused on creating unique experiences and innovative products that make the lines between health and beverage consumption delightfully blurry. Her newest project LAS ANIMAS BŌTICA combines her passion for health, sustainability, science and drinks together to create a line of non-alcoholic small batch distillates for use in beverages and health applications.
